Listening Test Team Exercise
Communication is the foundation to teamwork. This test combines listening and teaming skills. In the first phase, people answer the questions individually without any group discussion. In the second phase, they answer the questions as a team, and discuss each.
Resist temptation to intervene in group indecision, conflict, or delay. The group needs to work through any issues in order to achieve the result. Instead, note any group dynamics at play; indecision, unwillingness to participate, conflict, pressure, or leadership. This will be shared later.
