I am sending the powerpoint on the Tri Star ground failure from a couple of years ago. We are into the freeze/thaw, rain/snow season and we need to be more vigilant on our examinations where conditions can rapidly change. We do not want to take any chances. This was the massive highwall failure in Maryland where two died. We worked around the clock for four days before we uncovered the machinery and found the men.
