When conducting safety training, it’s important to make certain the information was received and that it was received properly or as intended. Sometimes, even the easiest of communications or signage can be confused or misunderstood if we’re not checking back up to evaluate retention. Safety begins and ends with understanding the hazards; it’s ever-changing and is also continuously improving.
