We rarely say no, but it’s an okay thing to do sometimes. We’ve always heard “there’s a time and place for everything,” right? To be honest, our personal health demands that we say “no” to some things. It’s also handy to use when we feel ourselves taking on too much or too many extra tasks as well.
Our health and happiness requires us to be able to recognize our personal limits and then as importantly, be able to say “no” when those limits are compromised. We won’t need it often, but we need to know it’s okay in certain circumstances.
Our personal safety requires our 100% attention and being overwhelmed distracts us from that goal. Remember, as we’ve discussed countless times before, don’t hesitate to ask for help.
Thanks for reading along and thanks in advance for a perfectly safe today.
