We all have a role in making our workplace a little more positive, upbeat, exciting, and safe. We do our part through active participation. We get the ball rolling when necessary; however, at other times we just let the ball roll. Lastly, every once in a while we need to stop the ball, to slow it down or perhaps change its course. Everyone reading knows I’m not talking about a ball at all? I’m talking about an individual or team. Listen up and lead our teams (work and home) need us engaged.
