Hopefully, most of us take a few minutes today for ourselves. Our new President/CEO often speaks about his Big 3 and I believe they align wonderfully with a lot of us already. They are “Faith, Family, and Company”. Those are the deep/inner drivers of one’s personal success. Think about it, they are born from Belief, Love, and Commitment. I think we should be thankful for the Leaders in our lives – those willing to lead by their example of not only a great President/CEO, but also a model for personal success. After all, personal success in the form of belief, love, and commitment is the most critical element of World Class Safety.
Some might ask how can a great safety minded company get more safe, and I’d say it’s through engaging their team’s deep/inner drivers AND as another great leader would say, WE HAVE TO CARE ABOUT EACH OTHER – “SAFETY IS CARING”.
So what does safety “TODAY” look like? It’s caring about ourselves and each other enough to demand the most safe – most right options out there and of course, ACCEPT NOTHING LESS!
