Team –
Today will be whatever we make it be! Our attitudes play a huge role in the outcome. We have an excellent opportunity today to be safety perfect and in order to do that as a team, group, company, or family – WE MUST FIRST BE SAFETY PERFECT OURSELVES! For example: My kids are quick to tell me the faults or errors of their siblings when I’m asking about them personally; it’s deflection at its finest. We need to think, plan, and act for ourselves first in order to do our part in our team’s (or family’s) success. We are responsible for ourselves first and then for others.
Welcome to the new day, new week, and new opportunity – It’s up to us to achieve perfect safety! By the way, One injury is too many!
