Replace “they” with “we” in the above meme. We love talking about goals and love meeting or perhaps even exceeding them even more. Goals support a vision and our vision is a workplace free of recognized hazards; one that enables us all to earn and learn without injury. This workplace creates an environment that supports the quality of life that was intended for us.
Make no mistake about it – IT DOESN’T HAPPEN BY CHANCE! Is our goal ZERO HARM today? It should be – in fact, it has to be in order for us to achieve it. ZERO HARM to facilities, ZERO HARM to equipment, and most importantly – ZERO HARM TO PERSONNEL.
Our goal is ZERO – ZERO – ZERO! Let’s call it “Z3” (Zee-Three) for kicks and giggles. (More on that later)
