I really wish I would have found this picture sooner. It defines (by example) what we should (and shouldn’t) be doing to minimize the spread of infectious diseases. I know we’re all trying to get back to some level of normalcy; however, we should look for things that we can do differently moving forward. WE NEED TO CHANGE! We’ve all heard some say, “we’re not out of the woods yet” and to this old safety guy that means for us “NOT TO LET OUR GUARDS DOWN.” We’ve talked about protecting ourselves and each other a lot over the years and there’s no better time for it than the present. We may not agree with everything we’re doing and we may not even believe it’s all working, but we should do any and everything we can to reduce the possibility of exposure.
Remain positive and remember we have better days ahead because we’re continuously improving. Even at “two steps forward and one step back” we’re moving and that’s exactly what we need for the most safe and most healthy result.
Let’s be safety leaders today and accept nothing less than perfect performance. Thanks for reading and take care…
Thanks for the share, PT!
