Team –
Don’t let “things” or “stuff” control us. Seriously, let’s just listen more to actually understand what is really being said. Then, let’s confirm what we’ve heard to make certain we understand the speaker’s intended message. Lastly, let’s not over-react to the situation. Our calm/level-headed responses just might make a difference in the overall outcome of the event. By the way, I’m preaching to myself today; y’all are merely innocent bystanders. 

It’s really the same for leadership, parenting, and safety. We’ve all heard “seek first to understand and then to be understood”. After all, we were Created with two ears and one mouth for a reason. (to speak ½ as much as we listen) Really understanding the hazards enables us to EXPECT SAFE PERFORMANCE!

Thanks for the share PT!
