As safety leaders it’s important to care about our teams; so that we can reach and sustain our goals. Caring means that we’re willing to listen and more importantly take action when action is needed. We can’t fake caring either; it has to be something we want to do in addition to the norm. No one can be a great leader if they don’t care…
As we start this week, let’s find ways to care through listening, laughing, and support. As for safety, to be a great safety leader we have to know our team through having the proverbial “pulse of the people.” Thanks for reading along and for all the continued support of safety.
