We need to represent the change we’d like to see in the world. As for safety, we call that leading by example. There are so many opinions about so many things, but they really shouldn’t matter. What matters most are the actions surrounding the individuals caring to share those opinions. We all have heard OUR ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS.
Let’s lead, follow, or get out of the way to those willing to lead and follow. Our continued safety success requires our continued safety improvement.
