Finger Injury Photos: Wedding Ring Risk
This injury was to the ring finger on the left hand. The injured was descending a ladder on the rear of a 18-wheel over the road fuel truck, as he went to step off the deck of the truck his ring was caught on the expanded metal of the ladder rung. You can see from the pictures that the fatty tissue of the finger was pulled towards the knuckle. There is also a picture of the ring that caused the injury. (Wedding Ring)
