Department of Labor Civil Penalties Increase Effective January 15, 2021
Pursuant to the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990 (as amended by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015) the Department of Labor published new civil penalty amounts that will become effective for any penalties assessed after January 15, 2021.
