Editorial on Coal and Declining Population… just my comment, but throughout history single product economies usually wind up dying slow deaths unless their economy can diversify. When you are handicapped with a poor infrastructure, that is another strike against you. When your own government thinks welfare is an economy, that is your death blow…..
