Today is our next opportunity to get better than we were yesterday. Recognizing that each one of us add to our personal and team’s safety successes, we only need to compete against ourselves. If each of us individually get better, then it’s safe to safe we’ll be better as a team as well. Learn how to deal with what’s going on around us; that is the key to improving ourselves.
