“My daughter wanted a rabbit for Easter! She’s not speaking to me right now.”
Communication is key! Communicating and actually understanding what is being asked for or communicated is a vital part of safe performance. We all need to make certain we understand the information and when we don’t, we need to ask questions for greater clarity. Our safety demands our understanding.
There’s a second part to this requirement as well; it’s to the would be communicator. It’s important to think about our message, question, or directive. To be an effective communicator we need to make certain we are giving accurate, up to date, and thorough information.
Today is a great day for ZERO; zero surprises, zero incidents, and zero injuries.
Thanks to PT and JL for the share!
