From 2008
I have seen several near hits recently using chains ropes and slings. We have had several fatals in the past and have sent out warnings, but it appears we need to reinforce our warnings and step it up before we have anyone else killed or injured. Hopefully the attachments give you good information to share to help prevent these type accidents.
