Who do we look to and who are we to others? Some interesting questions on this morning. I bet we can all name one or some of each of the above mentioned types of people. We all know there are others as well, but I want to keep things positive and upbeat.
We need these characteristics and personality types in safety as well. We are amazing people; however, we can all need a cheer, a little push, a shoulder to stress/cry on, and a turbo. So let me ask again; who do we look to and who are we to others? If someone comes to mind, send them a note – that’s right go ahead and make their day.
I can personally think of a couple I’ll send personally today. By the way, TODAY is a perfect day for safety perfection. ACCEPT NOTHING LESS!
