Team –
We need to learn to trust our “feelings” a little more. Have we ever had that moment when we feel like something bad is going to happen or when we quickly see the future – ahead of where we are in the moment? How about when we feel like we’ve been here before – when we know we haven’t? All of these examples could be our brain triggering on previous incidents, stories, or hazards in an attempt to prevent us from doing something silly or unsafe. I know this might sound odd, but it’s something we should pause, stop, and acknowledge to make certain we’re doing the most right thing for our personal and team safety.
Trust our gut instinct and at least pause long enough to better understand the situation.
Today is a great day for safety excellence!
Thanks to PT for the share!
