We’re all leaders of some kind. Might be in a classroom, on a team, at work, or even in a family, but the truth is we all, certainly some more than others, are expected to lead. Believe it or not, being a leader is a position of servanthood. It’s not an easy task at all and everything a “leader” does should be intended to support the team/group while achieving the goals. What are our strengths and what are the strengths of the ones serving along our side? Important questions to know before the group finds itself inefficient and/or ineffective.
As a safety team, we need to identify and build upon each other’s strengths as well. Recognizing and building upon our strengths enables us to achieve and sustain our goals.
Let’s all be great leaders! Thanks for reading. – Paul
