JK shared this pic with me about distractions a few weeks back. It’s a slightly exaggerated picture of how a lot of people live their lives these days. It’s all too easy to tune out everyone and everything around us with our electronics and social media. We need to make an effort to stay engaged for safety’s sake.
Think about it, are our eyes and minds on task when we’re distracted? I think not!
Much like when we’re driving, we need to minimize distractions in everything else we do as well.
