Some things just never add up. What we do know is that with pre-planning and plan execution we can achieve our desired result most of the time. Our pre-planning must be detailed and communicated to all parties involved. Let’s leave no room for incident.
Making safety intentional means that we’re going to do everything in our power to achieve our goal. That goal of course is that NOBODY GETS HURT. To achieve this goal, it will require 100% of the team 100% of the time.
