Where there is no vision – people perish. It’s important to make a plan and to set goals, so that we can all work toward them. Our jobs/tasks will differ, but our team goals are pretty simple and clear. NO ONE GETS HURT ON OUR SHIFT TODAY. That means we’ve all got a part in making certain this happens! Together we can achieve and sustain ZERO.
