There are a lot of oddities to our English language. Why things are called what they are, spelled like they are, or arranged as they are is certainly above us; however, somethings are spoken pretty easy and direct. Here are a few examples of our safety expectations that leave no question about their intended activity.

  1. Be Safe!
  2. We’re responsible for our own safety!
  3. Do the right thing!
  4. Help others!
  5. Do it safely or get some help to figure out how to do it safely.

So don’t worry that we park on driveways and drive on parkways or that our noses run and our feet smell. That’s just confusing language – BUT OUR SAFETY IS NOT!

Let’s make safety intentional – every single today!

Thanks for the share, PT and JL!
