The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) issued a Fatality Alert after a truck driver was killed in a powered haulage accident at Rye Dredge & Plant, a Trinity Industries sand and gravel operation in Liberty County, Texas. On April 12, 2018, a 60-year-old customer truck driver was scanning into the operator’s check-in system when he fell from and was run over by his own truck. Click here for more information.
