Changing Bucket Teeth

Here is what we came up with at XXX Mining. While it doesn’t eliminate the hazard, it hopefully minimizes the occurrences. We really think that if the guys get together and Tailgate the work before they jump in and do it, they will be a lot better off. With the exception of steel armor 100%, we couldn’t come up with a better solution or practice.
