Friends,
We have so much to be grateful for. It’s been several days of joy with the kids and grands and soon our eldest and her husband will be here as well. I’m grateful for my family and there isn’t a gift that would/could mean more to me then their happiness. As I sit back to watch and listen, I know things aren’t perfect, but we’re Blessed abundantly. I am also thankful for work and for friends as well. Over the next few days, we’ll be talking about preparations for the new year. What do we want to do – or not do, where do we want to go, and many others, I am sure.
As we talk about safety, we need to believe we can remain injury-free. Plan, prepare, communicate, and execute are the key characteristics of safe performance. Remember, be willing to pause or stop to regroup and/or ask questions. Our safety requires our ongoing actions.
