Friends,
JUST BREATHE!! I’ve heard and said those words a time or two to myself or another. Sometimes we just need to disconnect and think something through. Remember, we’re never alone regardless of how alone we may feel. We should learn to lean on each other as well.
Our safety efforts may feel a bit personal as well; however, our personal efforts help to build the team’s overall safety performance. I like to call safety a team sport because it requires all the individual’s excellence in order for the team to reach its goal. Our goal, of course, is an injury-free work day, one day at a time.
We’re in this together. Thanks for reading. –
