Do we really know our own potential? Do we understand what we’re really capable of accomplishing? Unfortunately, we don’t always finish what we start and when the goings get tough – people give up and perhaps even quit. Let’s commit to making a plan and then to pushing ourselves and each other to finish it. Things may change along the journey, but there’s a great feeling of joy and accomplishment when we finish that helps feed into the next project. If we never finish one, we’ll never get our personal momentum started.
The same goes in our safety efforts as well. Plan and execute in order to continue moving forward. Our safety is our responsibility.
