Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are.- John Wooden

Friends,

Doing things correctly when no one is watching has been defined as integrity and integrity (among other things) builds character. We should be character building because of who we want to represent. Who do we want others to see through us? Who are we – really!?! Our safety character is built the very same way. In fact, it requires those most safe decisions every bit as regularly as our personal character does. We need to be READY, WILLING, and ABLE; remember, all three are necessary for continued success.

Call me if you have any safety needs and as always, thanks for reading.

Thanks, PT
