It will also give you a great perspective on happiness. 90% of your long term happiness is predicted by the way your brain processes the world. This reminds us to be minful of our own narratives! Especially in light of some of the 2024 predictions we learned above. Our brains our 31% more productive when happy as compaired to when we are negative, neutral or stressed.
