On Wednesday August 18, 2020, a miner climbed into the cone crusher when material dislodged from the side of the crusher engulfing him up to his waist. The fire department extricated the miner and he was flown to a trauma hospital. However, the miner passed away at the hospital on Thursday, August 19, 2020. Our inspectors arrived at the mine yesterday and have issued a 103(k) order.
Thanks for the share, KE.
