Poster: Wrong for Right

Ye who are without error – show yourself! I can’t believe how many people lay and wait for others to error instead of stepping up, speaking up, and/or contributing BEFORE letting one error. In a perfect world we’d all know, understand, and act perfectly; however, that’s not us. To error is human and that’s why we need pre-planning, planning, post-planning, and did I mention planning? Even when we think it’s right; it’s wrong and that’s a good thing sometimes!? We’re ever changing and ever improving toward a more safe today.

So don’t sweat the small stuff – plan to get it right, but when we’re wrong, get it even more right than previously planned; after all, WISDOM is the result of knowledge AND experience combined.

Be the most safe we can possibly be today. By the way, that will require intentional and direct actions.
