Worrying is exhausting! Honestly, so are activities or emotions like anger, stress, and negativity. All of these negative attributes wear us out and break us down, making us more susceptible to illness. We need to take care of ourselves first; so that, we can take care of others next. That’s what safety is all about actually, being safe ourselves; so that, we can help others.
We can help others the most through being positive, supportive, and uplifting. Let’s be on the look-out for those struggling around us and reach out. It’s easy to walk on by, but that’s not what we do.
Safety is as safety does and we need to do some today.
Thanks for the share, PT!
