Friends,

Last week my son (Jonny) reminded me of a phrase I’ve used on more than one occasion. “We need to remember NOT to live to work, but we should WORK TO LIVE.” Our lives are really what matters most. We should not bury ourselves away from our homes and families. Sure, it’s good to work hard and in some cases long hours, but it should be with the intent to safely return home to our lives outside of work.

Let’s commit to working hard, working safe, and enjoying the quality of life that was intended for us in the beginning.

Until our next, please remain safe and stay well.

Thanks for the share PT!

Heidi
