I borrowed this gem from someone’s linked in page and thought it would bring a smile to our face today. Nobody wants to hear about our workouts, I don’t know why we all like to talk about them so much. We’re heading toward a lot of good eating, let’s think about that BEFORE we hit the table running.

Let’s start thinking about what it is we’re most thankful for. I’m going to share a little personally over the coming days and would love to hear back from everyone as well.
