Friends,
When we communicate, we need to careful and sure that our points (needed information) are being correctly received by all listening. We can say something and/or show something that misses our point if we’re not careful. Just like the yacht at sea in today’s picture; can you see it?
With our personal and team safety we need to make certain we’re delivering and receiving the “right” messages. We already know we see differently at times based on numerous variables. Let’s be careful to keep our messages brief and simple so that we can communicate accurately with everyone.
By the way, today’s picture is a small tear/hole in a leather sofa and not a yacht at all. (I borrowed that picture from someone else’s social post this week.) Thanks for reading!
Thanks for the share PT!
