How would our “label” read? Are we piece-milled or are we all-in? That’s a tough question for some and for others not so much. We know ourselves well, so what are our personal strengths and weaknesses? Let’s know and understand them, so that we can improve upon them.
What are we doing to improve ourselves? Things like taking a class, volunteering, helping a neighbor, reading a self-help book, or maybe joining a workplace safety team, just to name a few. All of which, I my add, create a pleasant return on our investment.
Let’s be busy about improving ourselves and those efforts should lead to sustaining our safety excellence.
Thanks for the share, PT and JL!
