We are in this together, We are responsible, We are engaged, and We are safety; these are just a few of the “WE” statements I use often in my safety blurbs. Rarely is there a time to merely think of one’s self. Every decision we make has to be considered for cause and effect to others. Having more WE and less ME enables the power of a synergy to take place. That is 1+1=3 or “together = more!” Let’s not put ourselves on an island, let’s come together and realize the impossible through teamwork and togetherness.
Safety is a team sport played through countless individual efforts and actions. It only takes one person, one action, one second to create failure.
TO ACHIEVE WE MUST BELIEVE!
