We’re all given different talents and designs for different reasons. The fact is, we’re all different. Sure, some might have some like characteristics, but we’re all different, nonetheless. That’s how we were created, and I don’t know about everyone else, but I’m okay with that. The question is, what are we going to do with our difference?
That’s how it is with safety as well; we all have different understandings, experiences, and opinions. It’s crucial to share them with each other BEFORE completing the task. Be sure to talk it out with the group to allow our differences to synergize in each activity. I believe we’ll find that we’re good individually, but we’re GREAT as a team, family, or group. Remember; the more heads, eyes, and hands involved the better. (unless we’re the one paying the tab at lunch 😊)
Thanks for reading along today. Take care and above all else – stay well.
Thanks for the share, PT!
