Let’s make safety intentional through observations and feedback. Let’s look for people doing it right and then most importantly, let’s tell them about it! Sharing positive feedback help to engrain those behaviors we’re seeking. Sure, we need to address the other stuff as well, but let’s be on the look-out for the right stuff. I’d be willing to bet we’ll find a ton of it.
