We talk about personal responsibility often. Our expectation is to do the right (most safe) thing every task/every time. We perform individually for obvious reasons; however, also for the good of the team. Knowing teammates are in it together ENABLES us to work safely and confidently. We should never let our guards (attention & awareness) down, but knowing builds trust between teammates.
As for the weaker ones, it’s our duty to share, mentor, and correct. Remember, FAIL is merely First Attempt In Learning.
