We’re always leading and/or being led. It’s okay either way as long as we’re moving forward. Subtle and direct communication is required even if we’re not necessarily talking. Sometime a look, touch, or word speaks volumes when we’re paying attention. Let’s make certain we’re paying attention when it comes to safety. Always looking – Always listening – Always acting, correctly and in time to prevent incidents.
