We’ve talked about the power and opportunity of “TODAY” numerous times before. In the quote from the Dalai Lama we can kind of sum it all up in an attempt to direct all our effort and energy toward loving, believing, and doing in the present – the now, also known as TODAY.

We can take back a injury; however, we can prevent one. Prevention takes an active and intentional effort on all our parts to be safe on purpose; otherwise, we’re just safe by luck.
