Have we ever been exhausted and needing rest? I believe I could rest for a whole day and that might just be the plan for tomorrow.

When we’re tired or fatigued we often take shortcuts and it’s from a shortcut that injuries can thrive. Recognizing fatigue is the first step in preventing any associated injuries. When we recognize it, we should make every effort to rest it off. By the way, rest and sleep and two separate things and both necessary parts of recovery.
