Poster: Times Have Changed

My oh my – how times have changed! Check out this old Sears ad…The product is wrong on so many levels today; however, it’s a great reminder that safety is continuously improving. Our best practices just keep getting better. That’s the reason we can’t just keep doing things the way we’ve always done them.

I’m sure we all want the very best for our families and teams; however, we’ll NEVER achieve it (other than by getting lucky every once in a while) by being closeminded and/or afraid of making changes to the status quo.

We’re improving every day – but as for today, let’s make it a perfect ZERO. Our safety requires our actions!

Thanks for the share, PT!
