Times are changing indeed! I’m sure we can all relate to this in one way or another. Some for the better, but others for the worse. One thing is for sure – TIMES ARE CHANGING! So what are we going to do about it? Better yet, what can we do about it? We’ve talked about ATTITUDE numerous times over the years and we all probably agree how important it is to establish true safety culture. Where has personal responsibility and accountability gone? It’s true, in today’s society we (the majority) tend to point fingers at others versus toward ourselves where most of the real problems truly exist.

We can let ourselves become victimized or we can stand-up, speak-up, and show courage to not only challenge the new norm, but to also change it. That’s a safety champion by definition; one who is willing to do the safe things – EVERY TIME – even when nobody is watching.  Sound familiar?

Let’s all commit to being the very best and most safe we can be today! It’s a great day for greatness!

Special thanks to all the moms that made this blurb possible. YOU ARE WONDERFUL!!

Thanks for the share, PT!
