Communication is key! The key to effectively completing a task or to achieving a goal. Our goal to be the safest company in the world requires both clear communication and a belief (by all involved) that it’s possible. When we all do the most safe things, we enable ZERO INJURIES. We have to realize that ZERO requires all our actions all the time. Our individual roles are a critical part of our team’s performance. We really do make a difference!
