Happy today to everyone. It’s time to plan for our next year – our next great year of safety that is. I’m sure there are safety goals aplenty out there and a common resolution should NOT change any of them. I’ve attached a generic copy of our resolution in Word format should anyone receiving this email choose to use it.
I can’t even begin to say thank-you enough to everyone for all the support shown during 2019. It’s been a GREAT safety journey and it’s going to get even better with our new and continued leadership here at Nucor. Great safety days ahead for sure.
Remember, daily pre-shift safety meetings offer all of us a chance to get more involved or engaged than we were before. As it relates to safety – MORE IS BETTER! Let’s make safety intentional today!
